Read My O'Reilly Article
I've been published on the web! O'Reilly's MacDevCenter
site has published my article on reading iCal files using Ruby. This is to help
promote my speaking engagement at the Mac OS X Development Conference. Check it
out here.
Speaking at the 2003 O'Reilly Mac OS X Conference
I'm going to be making a presentation at the
2003 O'Reilly Mac OS X conference. This is my first speaking engagement at an
official development conference and I'm very much looking forward to it. My
presentation is entitled "Cocoa Programming with Ruby and
RubyCocoa."
PhoneWord 1.1 and New Online Store
I just released the new version of PhoneWord. This version sorts phone words by how "good" they are, allows you to edit the dictionary, and provides an OS X service that allows you to find a phone word from any application. Plus its for sale in the new online store! There's still a free download, but if you want to save your changes to the dictionary or use the PhoneWord service you have to buy a license.
This is my first product that I'm offering for sale, and I'm quite excited. It will be interesting to see how well it does. I have other products in the works too, so keep tuning in. But first, I've got to execute the marketing campaign.
PhoneWord Lite
I just released PhoneWord Lite on the infiniteNIL website. Check it out. It's a fun little program that will find all the words you can spell with a phone number. Then maybe you can tell your friends a more memorable word for your phone number instead of just a plain old number.
